6. Promote your property through our extensive list of personal clients, investors, brokers and agents.

7. Prepare a Press Release regarding your property for Local and Metropolitan Media, when warranted.

9. Develop and create a professional Virtual or Web Tour of your property for distribution to buyers at open houses, direct mail, email, social media and cooperating brokers and agents.

10. Arrange a catered Broker's Open House to assure maximum exposure to the area's Top REALTORS and Brokers on an agreed upon basis, hold open houses with corresponding ads in the Miami Herald and email blasts.

11. Keep you informed on all showings, inquiries, advertising and overall activity by phone, mail, E-mail, written reports, and personal attention.

12. I will personally make myself available for all showings, coordinate all appointments work with attorneys, appraisers, lenders, and inspectors to facilitate the entire transaction with ease.
