I placed a new listing in the MLS and immediately, Luis showed the property, and quickly brought a very good offer.  Within two days the contract was fully executed.  The transaction went well, until I became seriously ill and ended up in the hospital for a week.  Also, coming home, I was still ill and unable to work at all.  During this time, Luis took over the entire transaction and complete what needed to be done.  He was able to negotiate many last minute inspections problems, so that all parties were content with the results, kept the seller and buyers informed as to every aspect of the transaction, completed the final walk-through, and when the property closed, both the buyer and seller sent blessings to each other.
 
I am most appreciative to Luis for all of the extra work he did to bring this transaction to a successful closing.  He also continued to phone me, to keep up on my health progress, and even sent me the gift of flowers.  He is a real gentleman and a valuable agent to your firm.

Luis & Ana Alvarez were able to sell my father's long-time Coral Gables home which had sat unoccupied and contracted mold for a very fair price. This was a very difficult sale which he never gave up on and consequently my life partner asked that he sell a one acre rental property he owned in South Miami.
